Enric Ruiz-Geli de la société Cloud9 à réaliser à Madrid la maison de banlieue bio du futur. Equipé d’un toit hydroponic, d’un garage souterain et une section de cantilever d’environ 15m .Le résultat qui en résulte en est économique, beau, durable et environnemental.
Ceci donne une belle idée que peu donner la maison « banlieusard » dans un futur que nous espérons proche.
Enric Ruiz-Geli’s firm Cloud9 designed the suburban house of the future Villa Bio and it also happens to be sustainable. Featuring an hydroponic rooftop garden, underground garage and a 50-foot cantilevered section, Villa Bio was no small feat of engineering. The result is economical, beautiful, and environmental. The hydroponic rooftop garden grows out of volcanic stones. The home is conceived as a giant C-shaped spiral.
